Healthy and Simple Recipe of Fish
62Steam Fish if Healthy!
Here is my simple recipe for Fish!
Hamour, Red Snapper, Tilapia (Saint Peter's Fish) are good.
How to Prepare?
Remove the scales and internal then wash thoroughly.
Ingredients: 2 Medium size red onion slice in rings of 2 mm thick, Ginger about 50 grams slice same thickness as onion, Onion Green Leafs cut same length of fish, salt to taste, ground black pepper half teaspoon.
Arrange half of ingredients on one side of fish other half on one side, salt and pepper has to be sprinkler evenly. Then wrap with aluminum foil, then cook in oven at medium heat or in a grill for about 30 minutes depending on your choise if medium or well done you cna extend or reduce the time of cooking.
That's it! If you want for sauce just lemon with salt and pepper or lemon with soya sauce. You can much with any sauce you may please! ENJOY!
Arrange in aluminum foil enough to wrapped the fish in two layers of foil. You have to arrange
