Stress, fatigue remedy

Here is my personal experiences about stress, fatigue or tiredness and how to overcome it!

My work involves travelling about 300 km (round trip) daily, as I work on different construction sites. I have to wake up early at about 6 A.M. then return home at between 7 PM to 8PM depending also on the traffic on the road.

Usually, I used to take something for breakfast, like coffee with toasted bread, egg, steamed vegetable (like brocolli, geen beans, carrots or whole kernel corn, etc..), Lunch, sometimes meat, fish steamed or sauted vegetables, with rice or bread. Evening usually heavy with meat or fish with rice.

I have hypertension, my pressure readings is 140/120 sometimes 160/110 and there are times that I have reached 200/140 and the doctor told me I am really lucky that I am still alive.

I have a lot of medicine prescribed by my Cardiologist good for 60 days, like Purosemide, Carviderol, some acidity tablet, etc... Sometimes it helps but somtimes not.

As my works requires a lot of mental energy, physical is only walking and climbing stairs, usually my energy levels drops at about 2 PM, so I have to take some energy booster, coffee or water is the easiest one or some sandwhich or biscuits. Sometimes early in the morning while driving I feel sleepy and tired. Specially if I did not relieved myself in the morning or in the evening. Again my blood pressure is adding to all of this fatigue issue.

One day I made myself lazy, I did not took anything for breakfast just brought 2 apples and 2 peaches from the fridge, did not brought anything for lunch. While I am driving for work I ate one apple drink some water then reach the office for work. While in the office I took a cup of coffee and at lunch time ate one apple and one peach, in the afternoon a cup of coffee again. After office hours at five pm I usually stay at the office till around 6pm and while going home took the balance peach. In the evening it's heavy meal, usually meat or fish with some vegetable.

The next days, I did the same only fruits eat the whole day, evening heavy dinner, then the next day, then the next day, recording my blood pressures stabilized at about 130/100 which I am not used to it. I don't feel the tiredness or fatigue that I used to feel before.

I don't take my medicines for more than a week not with no problem at all! I monitor my BP regularly. Just to make sure everything is on good track!

Of course, I eat sometimes at lunch specially if it's necessary to go with some company or colleagues for lunch. Oh, yes I eat a lot sometimes double than that what others of same size I am but I stay fit, I am 165 centimeter in height and weighs 65 - 67 kilogram and no belly fat!

It's worth mentioning also about the article I have red before that, eating fruits before the meal is not good! And I believed it's working for me, fruits has to be eaten on an empty stomach.
